Material of sidewall conveyor belt
It is composed of a cross base belt supported by fabric or steel cords and corrugated side walls, with cleats of different sizes and shapes.
The corrugated sidewall is made of a high-strength rubber mixture, which is very strong and can handle different materials.
The cleats are made of a wear-resistant rubber compound and are used to separate materials or prevent materials from rolling when conveying materials tilted up/down. We provide cleats in a variety of sizes and styles to suit your application.
